I'm more jealous of your seafood than your weekend alone. Land-locked states suck when it comes to seafood.

I'm buying the XBox because it is long overdue. I promised myself buying one after my first paycheck. That was almost 2 years ago.

And had I known about your jealousy, I would have bragged about Florida Lobster Season. I didn't actually go, but still reaped the rewards. Basically for a few weeks in August, so long as you have a fishing license, which you can order over the phone, each person on your boat is allowed 7 lobsters (make sure the number is 7 per person, or you'll get fined). Fisherman and seafood stores go crazy, and because of the economy this year, you could get a Florida Lobster (which doesn't have claws) for around $6.

I've been wanting to buy a 360 for 8 months now. I just keep getting distracted.

Now I'm thinking of saying "screw the 360, I'm getting some hardcore PS3 action."


Of course, if Wii had anything worthwhile I wouldn't be in this position.

Great, now I want seafood. Do you want to know what kind of seafood you find in Utah? Awful, old, shipped-in seafood! Growing up in Arizona, I never knew the difference. But then I lived in Annapolis and Baltimore County for a while and it's never been the same.

Speaking of crabs, seafood, and meth: Just got back from the indian casino buffet. 'Twas seafood night! Better than even the stuff you get in Reno. They must have some sort of connect with those crab-fishing indians up the coast.

Casino buffets are generally pretty damn amazing. Especially on seafood night...makes me crave some cocktail shrimp and grilled salmon thinkin about it.

What ya'lls favorite foods! (yes, I said ya'lls)

Shrimp - in any form...fried, scampi, cooked, fried, in pasta, did I mention fried? Oh...and Red Lobsters Coconut Shrimp in Pina Colada (sp?) sauce is amazing...mmmm

Any decent fried fish ( as long as there is a good tartar sauce to go with it. Nothing worse than a bland tartar sauce that tastes like poo)

Chicken with Raspberry Peach sauce - My wife makes this...you want to talk about the best damn chicken you have ever tasted, you need to make this

Steak, medium rare (if they know how to cook), or rare (if they don't understand medium rare means pink and not gray in the middle)

And last, but not least....

Hamburgers...A well made hamburger can go a long way. And also like steaks, they should be pink in the middle. Whats up with everybody around me going well-done all the time. Its a damn shame, I tell you!

Favorite meal - Fried chicken with real mac-and-cheese. Best home cooked comfort food ever!

Favorite Latin Meal - Mole poblano con pollo, if you haven't had mole, find an authentic restaraunt and eat it. Chiles, chocolate and chicken, "your tastebuds can handle delisciousness of this magnitude".

And...my wife makes an amazing manicotti. That's always a good meal.

Chocolate shakes - My dad owned his own ice cream store and he is a wizard when it comes to ice cream. He makes the best shakes in the world and I am slowly perfecting the art.
