Bad ass games, with hot ass chicks. Great stories, great charactarization, unexpected twists, awesome puzzles. Excellent animation and cutscenes.

I would say Psychonauts, though I don't think it was under-rated, just under-played. It's really a shame Majesco had to go out of commission over it.

Never played fear effect 2 - but fear effect was pretty badass. plus i like the cartoony look.
