The Stalfros Experiment (Chat Thread)

And here I thought it was those damn lawn mowers.

A lot more of the research started to focus on terraforming two years ago (deforestation, human population growth, sprawling cities intruding on wilderness), still most of it is focusing on carbon footprint.

This is supposed to be a fun topic! Can we get science out of here please!

Now - who has the best tits in the world?

Did Blake ever post his work out diet? Was it DDR followed by Rock Band drums, followed by Wii Fit cardio?

Or did he just get a tape worm?

Going to watch.
The Flame and the Lemon.

A danish movie about the two greatest resistance persons during WW2.
The Flame and Lemon were their codenames.

Main actors: Mads Mikkelsen, Le Chiffré in CAsino Royale.
Thure Lindhardt who also plays Chartrand (the young swizz guard that helps Langdon in the vatican.)

Bretimus changed to a new picture of Dr. O. That's why he is my new favorite poster.

Also, going gambling. The local indian casino loves me because I go there once a month and lose money (or break even. Either way, they still love me.) so they send me free money to use there. Woo for gambling!

I'm glad my occasional pic change can bring joy to your heart. May the ancestor spirits bless your indian casino gambling.

Yeah, but one of my favorite characters died in the finale. It just won't be the same...but on second thought,it probably will since death isn't a huge obstacle in Venture Bros.

I don't know Venture Bros, but I did just start watching Weeds. 4 episodes in and I'm liking it a lot. Let's see what episode 5 has in store!

Be careful, seasons 1 and 2 are amazing, but then 3 really drops the ball a bit, and 4 is just downright stupid. I hear good things about 5 so far but I don't wanna watch it because of all the bull that happened in the previous 2.

Sorry I'm late. Long day at work, that I'm still at.

I was hooked on Venture Bros. from the pilot in 2002. When they made the series, it was even better than I thought.

The first season continued on with the whole "spoofing Johnny Quest and The Hardy Boys" while introducing you to the backdrop of the world.

The majority of the second season played more with the long stemming character interactions, but also had some really fantastic episodes (I'm particularly fond of Return to the House of Mummies, Part 2).

The third season dealt more with the background of the characters and answering questions from the first 2 seasons, including how Billy Quizboy got his eyepatch and mechanical hand, where Phantom Limb actually came from, and more about the OSI, the Guild, and the original Team Venture.

My guess for Season 4 is that you will first deal with the lack of Brock dynamic for the Ventures, the lack of 24 dynamic for Monarch, and we have been told that 2 main characters will die this season. What you have to do is look at who is a success, because they show is all about failure, and any winners will surely die.

I felt like Season 3 was a failure, which was ironic because that is what the show is about.

I hope Season four is good, cause I was so disappointed by season 3.

does anybody watch two and a half men?
Honestly, I thought it sounded like a really stupid show. But one day it was pretty early in the morning, and fucking Comcast restricted me to like the first twenty channels until I buy a cable box (which will soon have a monthly fee), and it's not really worth it. But yeah, so two and a half men came on, and I just decided to watch it to see if it was good. Honestly, I've never laughed at a TV show, until this. I laugh at every episode. It's really good stuff.
Anybody watch it?

Everybody's favorite character died.

I hope they kill Colbert's character since he douched out on them and doesn't want to do voiceovers anymore.

When they invent the immortality serum, the first person they should give it to is Colbert

As I live in a house without cable, I too watch Two and a Half Men. I think the show is brilliant because of what they can get away with. Every episode is filled with clever double entendres, and like Venture Bros. you kinda watch because of what a loser jerk Alan is, and what sinful hedonist Charlie is.
