Anyone here watch this show?
If you're not familiar with it, here's a brief description:"The story of an inner-city Los Angeles police precinct where some of the cops aren't above breaking the rules or working against their associates to both keep the streets safe and their self-interests intact." (Lifted from imdb.com) I really don't think that outline gives the show justice.
I just finished watching season one. Went through all thirteen episodes in like three days it was that good. I hadn't watched it at all prior but had heard a lot of good things about it and it sounded like a show I'd enjoy.
I wasn't disappointed. Season 1 was simply amazing. If the following 5 seasons continue with that quality, the Shield is easily one of the best shows on television.
I'm hoping to get caught up to the end of season 6 so I can catch season 7 when it airs.
