My big problem is that they're throwing dragons EVERYWHERE, despite the fact that they're supposed to be extinct. It kinda just shows that Bethesda doesn't care about the lore, once again.

I'm fine with some lore being fractured providing it provides a significant increase in he gameplay quality, such as boss dragons that kick your ass if you're not ready.

And are they still keeping the tardo level system, or did i miss something?

My understanding is that they are going to a more Fallout 3/New Vegas kind of level system.
