I've taken over six hundred photos while in Japan with my DSLR camera so I've got a lot of editing to do... in the mean time, here's two photos of me in Japan.
My Goofy hat while in Tokyo Disneyland.
Me in Niseko, Hokkaido, in my ski/snow gear. I fell over a total of sixteen times over two days.
I'll post photos as I edit them but uh, not all of them.
It's not exactly a "picture" per say, but it sort of is I guess?
At the end of 2014 I did some freelance work for an organisation called NTDBMAS (Northern Territory Dementia Behaviour Management Advisory Services). I've worked with them before in 2013. For both projects, they asked me to create a short, five minute-ish animation that may help people who care for people with dementia. The first animation is titled "Keeping the Peace" while the second animation is titled "12 Top Tips In Dementia Care".
I very much prefer the second video as I believe the quality has improved a lot. The first video also isn't that great because it was my first ever attempt at doing such an animation (I had to research and practice how to do the "drawn on" style of animation).
For both projects I had to do almost everything myself... writing the script, recording the script (a friend of mine lent me her voice), storyboarding, drawing, animation, sourcing music, video editing and final exports.
At the end of last year I entered a competition through Kotaku.com.au, the competition was to win Street Fighter stuff. To enter, you had to draw your own Street Fighter character using MS Paint (or another free art program) and using a mouse.
My entry "Ol' Mate" was one of the runners up and my prize arrived yesterday!
Five DVDs and one Blu-Ray!
-Street Fighter II: The Movie (DVD)
-Street Fighter II V: The Series (DVD)
-Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie (DVD)
-Street Fighter Alpha Generations (DVD)
-Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Really awesome surprise to come home to yesterday.
