i don't see the appeal of Skrillex, he opened for deadmau5 when i saw him last summer and he was one of the worse openers i've seen recently. the only dubstep I like is stuff without all the stupid wobbles and robo-sex noises..

wouldnt call these all dubstep but theyre still good

Dubstep is getting big in London isn't it. A lot of the really good amateurs on soundcloud are from Europe-but mostly the UK.

I like where its at in the bay area, and I wouldnt want it to get anybigger - b/c if it did I would have to move on to something else to smoke and listen to.

I wouldn't know about upcoming artists for the music. But it's certainly becoming the mainstream in most clubs here! And I notice more and more young people are getting into it. I've always wanted an easy label of music for a decade I've lived in, does anyone else feel like music before they were born is miles more inspirational and prolific?

60's = Beatles;
70's = Billy Joel & Styx;
80's = ???????? & rave;
90's = East 17;
Naughties = Britney Spears & Christina Aguilera (right?),

and it looks like the beginning of the teenies could be the dubstep/pendulum decade......

Also, for awesome topic reasons:
