I havn't read much of V3 yet since Loeb seems to be ruining it but the Ulimate's as I remember them are: Iron-Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Wasp, Giant Man, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, and Blackwidow.

First off, what kind of bullshit is this that Rogue beats Carnage? It took Spiderman, Venom, and the entire freakin fantastic four to take him down. One little girl who steals others powers isnt going to kill the strongest symbiote ever.
