If it was in his head, why did people blurt random stuff in Arabic at times? It's supposed to be memories from his genetic code so it should be as it happened, not as he remembers it because he doesn't really "remember" or know squat. It's just shit stored in his genes.

I think you guys are over-analyzing it a bit. I agree that there are other language options that Ubi could have taken, but it's not like it's really that big of a deal.
