Red Dead Redemption

Aw don't trade in Fallout.
You'll probably get 40-50 bucks for both, more if you're lucky but I doubt you'll get anything close to your original price. $65-70 at very best.
I traded in Shaun White Snowboarding a month after I got it and got $25, so idk.

Don't get me wrong I love the game, I just lost interest in it once I got to 93% of the trophies. Heavy rain I got a platinum though, beaches

But Heavy Rain isn't that great, and you can still get a decent amount for it. I traded it in not even a month ago and got a pretty penny that I put towards Skate 3. A week later I took Skate 3 back, traded it in, and got Red Dead

That won't go down for a while, man. I've been playing it for almost 3 weeks now and I still have one. I called Viagra, telling them that their ad on the box said to call if it had been hard for more than six hours. They suggested masturbation (someone please get that reference). The game is buggy as shit, but it hasn't ruined the experience at all. The best game I've played in a long long long time.

GTA4 sucks compared to this game.

Fact - it is very buggy.
IMO - GTA4 >Red Dead - in story,and graphics, gameplay (im on the fence - have you played any GTA4 expansions?)

Red Dead online is WAY better.

I really wasn't too pleased with GTAIV. The graphics were great, but because the engine was such a staple in the actual coding of the game they had to remove a lot of things that you could do in San Andreas (i.e. get tattoos, cut your hair, all the gang wars were gone etc), and that's what made me rediscover my love with the GTA series. I hear the expansions to IV make the game a lot better -- in fact I've heard the stories in the expansions are better than the actual game its self.

Red Dead on the other hand, bugs aside, has a great tale of redemption, family (who don't call you every 30 seconds to go to a strip club, and when you say no their approval rating drops), and status. The graphics aren't as great, but the content is much more which is why I don't mind that they toned down the engine

Honestly I think Red Dead looks better than GTA4. The models are way more detailed in Red Dead, and I find the surroundings to be absolutely gorgeous most of the time. It's just a matter of personal preference between the two art styles.

What game are you looking at with your eyes? RDR looks so much better than GTA4 and the story... the fucking story is amazing. GTA4's story was bullshit. Only in the Roman death ending was it any good.

Except RDR doesn't 'end' where lots of people think it does. When you gain control of Jack the game has not ended. There is a sidequest epilogue (that honestly I thought didn't need to be in there. Had they excluded it they could have made a direct sequel that would have been AWESOME) that you can find in Blackwater, but only after you start playing as Jack. That's the true ending to the game. Finish the sidequest and discover that credits do actually roll at some point

i've never beaten gta4, just drags on for tooooooooo long. rdr, beat the shit out of that fucker and doing it again. rdr is so much better than gta4 in so many ways. graphics, controls, story, atmosphere, missions, everything.
