It's turkey that I fried up in soy sauce (giving it that nice tan color and adding a fine taste), with a little tobasco sauce, all placed into a roll of bread with american cheese and a leaf of lettuce.

The beer is a nice complement to just about any form of lunch known to man, including the sub above.

excellent someone else who cooks, or at least has knowledge in how to create a decent meal

add a bit of home made mac salad with some tuna, and i;'d say that looks to be one of the better lunches possible
