How old do you think he will be when... he has his first kiss? First Date? First Drink? First plays a Sport (any sport)? Loses his V-card (base this on you and your GF)? And what hobby do you think hes most likely to take up?

I get about 1350 $ each month.
The apartment is 350 $ a month.
My GF gets about 900 $ a month.
I got ~9000 $ last Christmas, as a gift from my grandma, who sadly passed away 3 months later, leaving 3500 $.
Also my parent's are wealthy, if I "need" anything, I can borrow money from them, a loan without interrests.
Eg. my old PC broke, and I borrow 1000 $ from my father to buy a new one.
Also as a student, with a child, you get huge discounts, my rent is really low, the childcare is cheap, my insurance is cheap.
(Also remember that school and healthcare is tax paid)
My PS3 actually cost me about 1000$ with three games.
Me with my 19th century grandfather clock, which was passed on to me after my grandmothers dead.
My brother got the oldest and most valuable of the clocks, from 17th century.
Most of our furnitures, 80%, are bought in IKEA.
