Other reports are of people burning american flags in the street and acts of vandalism. Things have gotten so bad in oakland with people throwing concrete and stuff at police that the police opened fire with rubber bullets and bean bags.

From what I have seen its a even mix. Plus a lot of them are wearing full clothing, masks, and hoodies so we don't know those vandals skin color.

Like this person. The person next to them though looks like they have white exposed ankles, people around them are black though. So it is really up in the air.
