I think story makes up a large part of the video game (even if it is over the top). That is why a lot of us play video games. By becoming a goofy ninja or a little elf boy, we get to be what we always wanted(?) What do you think makes the best video game? Is it all really just gameplay?[/code]
Intrigue and smooth controls. The story has to keep you wanting more, and if the controls aren't responsive and well layed out...forget it.
