Let's see...my first concert was Green Day/Blink 182/Saves the Day. Pretty solid for a first concert. It took me almost ten years, but not too long ago I saw Third Eye Blind. I've been to two concerts with my Dad (Pearl Jam and Bob Dylan), and one with my Mom (the same Bob Dylan). I've seen two Bens (Folds and Kweller) and two co-headliners with "day" in the title (Taking Back Sunday and Saves the Day). I went to Bonnaroo in 2009 where I saw Bruce Springsteen, Phish, David Byrne (probably the best concert I've ever seen), MGMT, TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Snoop Dogg, Public Enemy, Girl Talk, and more. That year I also went to Lollapalooza where I saw Tool, Depeche Mode, Snoop Dogg again, Vampire Weekend, Santigold, Atmosphere, and more. This year I went to Pitchfork Music Festival where I saw Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, Pavement, Titus Andronicus, and others. I've seen Pixies, LCD Soundsystem, Snoop Dogg, and Saves the Day twice, and for some reason I've seen Passion Pit three times. Bands I've seen for free include Flaming Lips (second best concert I've ever seen), Dropkick Murphys, OK GO, Talib Kweli, and Phoenix (acoustic set).

^I would die to see LCD Soundsystem. James Murphy (and Steve Irwin, but that's beside the point) are my idols. And their new EP is fucking amazing. I'm so jealous you got to see them not only once but twice!!

Dream Theater concert.
Pain of Salvation opened it.

They used the full entertainment center understage sound system, which includes 5x custom built 26" subwoofers each running on 2.5kw.
Hooked up to the main floor lights circuit so everytime there was a big bass kick the lights would dim.

So. Fucking. Awesome.

In comparison, virginity loss was only roughly 60% as good as that night.

SOAD
Hatebreed (opened for SOAD,f*cking awesome)
Megadeth twice
Slayer
Pantera twice
Dragonforce
Machine Head
Ice Cube & Snoop (worst of 'em all)
Black Sabbath (however for some reason I was under the impression Ozzy would be there...he wasn't, I left two songs in)
All I can remember for now

EDIT: Oh yeah, Nu Contrast and Befoulment, two bands I know personally. Check out Nu Contrast if you like rap, Befoulment if you like death metal. Seen him doing kareokee to metallica Enter Sandman with that voice lol, awesome!

Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, and Muse.

Can't begin to imagine how awesome that concert would have been...

As for me, my list of concerts isn't too big, but pretty much for the most part any major concert is at least an hour drive (been that way my whole life) so unless it's something I absolutely want to go to I'll stay home. But I've been to a Weezer/Foo Fighters concert that was pretty incredible. Another good one was Say Anything and Angels and Airwaves - although Say Anything only play for about 40 minutes it was still great. I've also seen NIN which was awesome just for the lights alone. And this summer I went to an MGMT concert at Red Rocks in Colorado, but had to leave before they even went on because it was like 55 degrees and raining and I was only wearing a T-shirt and shorts, but I did discover the awesomeness that is Janelle Monae that night...

That's all the major concerts that I've been to off the top of my head...

GiftedMonkey is in the lead so far

Agreed. Gifted is my brother from another mother.

I won't list every concert I've ever been to, but the best one ever for me was Wilco two summers ago. Pouring rain in a parking lot, they stuck it put for an incredible 3 hr set.

However, there's also some crap on Gifted's list.
yea... i didn't want to be the one to say it or to judge. We've all probably been dragged to crappy shows/festivals with crappy bands for various reasons.

I saw Ozzy and Slash couple months ago on a same festival a month ago and a month before that I saw Guns'n'Roses. Saw Motörhead live for the first time last winter which was great. Then there's been Slayer, Mastodon and lot of bands that are kinda big here, but no one has probably heard of them outside this country, plus some metal bands with.

Best thing is:

I didn't have to pay anything for any of them.
