I'm also impartial with any environment Yoshitaka Amano draws up but unfortunately no game has successfully perfectly replicate his drawings (even though he created the concept art for Final Fantasy)
Personally I'm a huge fan of water levels. Especially the water temple in Ocarina of Time and the one in Uncharted where you're dodging barrels and driving a jet ski up current.
Designers need to put more stuff like that in there.

They've built a pretty cool dystopian futuristic sci-fantasy world. Rooftops, sewers, backalleys, opium dens, main streets. Pretty cool.
