    There are different ways to prepare blood pudding. The one shown in my post is what you'd call the Filipino version of it, and it does indeed look that way. The English version I think is the one that looks more like sausage.

    I'm not an adventurous eater. I grew up eating meat and potatoes, and I'm fine with that now. It's a good thing I know how to cook. My kids however get to enjoy food from two different cultures so they get to try all different kinds of things.
