No, but the devs might.

Really, Urban? You should know if a developer gives you access to a beta, you should see if there's an NDA on it to prevent you from streaming the content. They could tell you guys to not show that stream/video anymore.

This is true.. if someone outside of the GR community affiliated with the game is actually watching... i guess, is what im saying. With twitch there is much higher of a chance of people stumbling upon it - here, not so much and the moderators are worried about trying to keep people from killing themselves on cam - not a videogame.

Sorry anyone who tried to watch a big storm rolled through and knocked my internet out jPosting from my cell aSince it just finished charging

I actually tried to used the integrated Twitch software on Raptr but it gives me some general DVR error 31 everytime.

I'm new to all this stuff so xplit was just the first one I downloaded. Not sure on the differences TBH

What are you using to capture the stream from the console?

What is your upload bandwidth? (go here - http://speakeasy.net/speedtest/ - and connect to San Francisco)

Are you streaming your voice? Your Picture or other items like icons in addition to the stream or are you only streaming gameplay?

5Mbps is good. I do recommend OBS (Open Broadcast Software). Urban will recommend Ustream Producer.
I'll be streaming The Last of Us MP later on.

I'm actually moving this week and forced to get a new ISP. Is 3mpbs is gonna hinder my streaming ability?

Also, not sure if it's just Xsplit or not but it really bogs down my system when I stream. I prob lose 10fps. go from 40ish to 30ish, sometimes mid to low 20's even in Smite when I stream. Doesn't happen in Don't Starve (I assume because it's not graphic intensive/not online). Is that the software being a memory hog or just my PC having a lack of memory - got 6gb ram 1gb gpu, not sure which is utilized more for streaming.

Anyone can tell you I'm not a PC expert, but you're losing those framerates, because you PC isn't just processing one screen. It's processing another and being uploaded. 3mbps is almost the amount I use to stream 720p. I think you'll be good if you stream 360p.

Don't try to play multi-player games and stream on that connection. 360 @ 800kbps should be fine.
