XSplit. I looked at Ustream's recommended bandwidth setting and made my speed 2000 kbps. I figured out why my capturing device was choppy. I changed my Nvidia settings to default and changed my capturing device to high priority in the task manager. Worked so far.

EDIT: F*ck! I forgot to hit record. I wanted MattAY to see me messaging him.

What was the other place you were streaming it? Ustream comments wasn't just 30 second delayed, it was around 1-3 minutes.

So delay is only 30 seconds.. what you are/were watching was the delay between the chat, then having it appear at source - then be restreamed to you.. equaling about 1 to 2 minutes
