Two, a male and a female. I don't know how they got in the lightbulb though.

How many amoeba does it take to change a lightbulb?

Most amoeba only 10-20 μm in size, so let's work with that.

We have established that you would need between five and two people to change a light-bulb, which comes to an average of 3½ people . The average human height is 1.68 meters, which gives a total of 5,88 meters multiplied by 3½.

5,88 meters equals 5880000000 μm. Divided by 20, that would total total 294.000.000
    amoeba.

That's almost 300 million, but there you have your answer.
