The thing is, if we did update the forums it's not like we would lose anyone. The numbers on the boards are low enough as it is.

Which raises the question: what can we do to bring them up?

The avatar's are too big IMO, where's the fun in guessing WTF your avatar is if it's too big? I also think we should replace the background with a lime green and the text to yellow. We need a good challenge figuring out what we're saying.
