I thought that i'd copy that favorite cheats topic and alter it. Mine has got to be the Insomniac Museum from Ratchet and Clank 2 and 3.
I would have to go with the bridge encounter from Fallout 2... Monty Python and the Holy Grail meets Post-Nuclear Apocalypse? Hu...fucking...zzah !!!
^Intriguing. Now I have to take a break from modern day gaming, go back to the classics, and make the Bridge Guardian explode. If not, I'm sending the exploding Brahmin your way.
^I eat exploding brahmins for breakfast (not much to eat around the wasteland ) And if it doesn't work, Monty Python is to blame, not me. If you haven't watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail, go do it, you'll understand why the keeper explodes.
^Oh, I've seen it, and I laughed a lot the first time I saw the bridge. I remembered that after the first time I exploded, I just pulled out the minigun and blew the guy into 50 million pieces, then safely walked across.
^You might...if you don't blow him into 50 million pieces. I forget, though. What does the keepers robe do? Or is it just special looking?
The Drowned Troll from Three Billy Goat's Gruff, in Oblivion. Mee wurst troll evurr nobuddy pay brijj tole me nott sceary enuf mee gett drunc an kil sellf troll droun
If you kill him trough the dialog his robes stay on his corpse. They look just like the fugly robes you get on the porno studio in Reno, but their protection is about as high as the NCR combat armor... Pretty good if you can find the encounter early. Not sure if you get them by shooting the crap out of him tough.
More recent: WoW: Burning Crusade. In Hellfire Peninsula you can fall down the shelf to a floating rock. On it is the skeleton of a NPC adventurer with a log book which contains a diary of how he got stuck there and was unable to get off of the rock, it tells the dreary tale of how he waited and waited for him to die. It really sucks to find it, since the area is pretty much lvl 60-62 so you won't be able to have a flying mount yet. My hearthstone was on cooldown at the moment so the only way I could get out was with a Warlock summon. I decided to suicide by jumping down in the abyss rather than having to pay a Warlock a rediculous amount for summoning me or waiting 45 minutes on my Hearthstone c/d.
The Nintendo Gallery from Wind Waker. I never tried to get the figurines but I was happy when I actually found it, and I wasn't even looking for it, I was just exploring a bit and it just popped up.
^I didn't think you actually were able to find it. They show it at the end of the game right before the credits.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5QveX3-1O8 There's how to find the cake in Portal; as of now I have not successfully done this and I honestly think that it might just be some clipping cheats enabled, but either way, the guy found the cake.
