Not a full answer, but definitely (not sure which category) the long distance tazer gun from Syphon Filter: 2. I mean come on, frying suckers from a distance til they're nothing but dark charcoal?

Too bad you don't get it until later in the game, unlike in the first SF.

Fictional Gun: Gravity Gun (HL2)
Fictional Melee: Either the Dragon's Tooth Sword from Deus Ex, or the hammer from Smash Bros.
Real Gun: Either the M4AI, Pancor Jackhammer (Max Payne 2), or the M79 "Blooper" grenade launcher (Syphon Filter)
Real Melee: Baseball bat (Worms, Smash Bros)
Makeshift: The fuel-hose flamethrower from Syphon Filter 2, or maybe Gravity Gun+saw blade.
Oversized: I'll go with the GEP Gun from Deus Ex.
Undersized: the one-shot plasma pistol from Deus Ex
Overpowered: Super Banana Bomb (Worms series)
