I wanted to pick a couple, but in the end I chose Bob Dylan. Come on guys, Jimi Hendrix a hippie? I think not. He was the most awesome guitar player of all time and anti-vietnam war, but a hippie he was not.

I picked the Beatles, just because I am a fan, and in essence, they began the new wave of experimental rock. Bob Dylan is a close, if not even, second place however.

    Dude, The Beatles, no contest.

They all contributed in a major way, espeically Hendrix. But The Beatles were the most successful and powerful.

What, gg?! Hendrix wore all psychedelic colours and spent his days off his mash on ecstasy pipes. The beatles wore sharp suits!
