About to finish off the Back to the Future Series, and Outland. Still working on Mass Effect 2, only have to recruit one more person and gain one more person's loyalty. Still putting hours into Battlefield 3 with mah squad.

Coming up soon, Starhawk Beta and I'm toying with playing through the old Syphon Filter games.

Honestly, I'll probably accomplish very little on any of these.

I played the hell out of those games as a kid

Deus Ex Human Revolution got to my house in the mail from Gamefly I just have to wait till my brother drops it off to me so I can play it. I've never played a Deus Ex game before is there anything about the plot or whatever that I should know before playing or should I be fine? I should be fine

I finished an interview for a job on campus last week, if I get the job I'm going to celebrate by buying Resident 4 HD, I know it's not HD but RE4 is my favorite RE and I just want to play it again. I was going to get Crysis but my friend has it on his PS3 and said I could play it, then I considered buying Shank but for five more bucks I get RE4 sorry Shank.

Indeed.

It's ok so far. The setting is neat and kind of Ico-ish. The hack n slash combat is ok, I can see it getting better with more powers unlocked and more variety of enemy.

I'm just finished with the Lost Temple.

i know graphics doesnt mean much.. but my god, when i played syphon filter i couldnt believe it. i just couldnt do it.

i used to LOVE those games, some of my favorite.

I completely know what you're talking about, Rain. For me, it's when old school POV and camera issues feel so dated that I just can't be bothered to continue.

yea, it just is pretty much unplayable. different when it's the best thing available though. i had such fond memories of renting and playing syphon filter with my buddies start to finish when they were released. when you picture it in your head it looks great. it's funny how the mind works.

even the story and voice acting and everything is pretty much comedy now. but i'm sure at the time people that played it even at the age we we're at now thought it was impressive and well done all around.

Mainly 3 games across 3 platforms and a couple of games that I've tried out at a friend's house. Rome: Total War, Front Mission 4, and Super Paper Mario. The games I've tried out at a friend's house was TOR and Empire: Total War.

Rome is a classic I go back now and again. I could pull off some neat tactics like taking out phalanx groups with only my archers and cavalry units. While Empire on the other hand, I don't know what I'm supposed to do other than line them up and shoot.

In The Old Republic, I leveled my Sith inquisitor to level 10 and that's it. Didn't really care for the MMO-like quests but there's potential there to be something great. If only they moved away from the "gather X quests from Y creatures" or the "kill X quests". Maybe they will later on in the game, I don't know.

I recently beat the first one on my PSP, now trying to beat 2. It's amazing how much detail went into the splitscreen on this game, but the overall playability didn't get enough attention. It's sad, the games' storytelling and functionality were years ahead of their time, but the mechanics were half baked.

I played the crap out of them when they first came out, but I never actually beat 3. It was just too hard. Still want to try again after I beat 2 and MW3 on veteran.

I've been playing TF2 and Morrowind off and on.

Haven't had as much time for video games. Who knew college would actually require reading and studying?!

If you're reading and studying in college you're doing it wrong :p

Started Enslaved and Splinter Cell last night. I'm going for the ambitious route where I play both this weekend.

My problem as well. Too f****** busy with homework and s***.

Same, I'm been too busy this week to even touch my xbox which I guess isn't a bad thing. I have some time today so it's going to be a mixture of Deus Ex Human Revolution and the Gotham City Impostors beta. I just realized I was emailed an open beta key so definitely going to check it out today
