So far, I have three big complaints with DA:I. It's a better game than I expected, but it's not as good as Origins was by a long shot.

1. I hate the healing system. No healing magic? Limited potions? Fuck that noise.
2. It's obvious this was originally designed as an MMO, due to the plethora of terrible, terrible MMO-style quests and combat (which likely attributes to 1 also).
3. Sera

The writing is decent, not great, and overall it's a decent above average RPG. Pretty fun, though, I'll try and finish it.

My girlfriend didn't understand why I wouldn't date Sera. Why the fuck would I want to date an ugly bitch that is constantly playing mind games?

Oh an Spoiler: Josephine never has sex with you. You never even get to see her out of that dress. Why does my girlfriend's character get crazy sex?

I'm very much enjoying Dragon Age: Inquisition, but I think it's because of the exploration, since I'm a big sucker for that.

I agree with Longo_2_guns, I think the game was originally designed to be an MMO because it feels very MMO-like in regards to combat and quests.

I enjoy most of the writing and the characters. Spoiler: To be honest my least favourite character is Cole, but that's probably because I don't understand him very well, plus he seems to disapprove almost every single thing I do. End spoiler.

Potential spoiler: For the most part, my party consists of Blackwall, Solas and Varric. When I'm slaying dragons, I usually take out Varric and throw down either Cassandra or Iron Bull, then I use either Solas or Dorian depending on the dragon's weakness. End spoiler.

I agree with Sera. Really she's just there.

Though with the no-healing system, you're supposed to cast barrier and have your warrior keep its guard up at all times. It's a little different but I could see where they're going with it. If you want to break the system try playing a Knight Enchanter mage and make silverite armor with fade-touched obsidian/silverite. You could pretty much solo a dragon after all that.

And Origins and II combat systems are soooo like MMOs along with Inquisition. And so was KoToR thinking about it. The only games they've made that aren't like MMOs was their D&D games.

Or you can play warrior and just spam taunt, which gives you an armor bar.

I'm doing an all warrior team, and I don't think anyone has lost health in the last hour.

Taunt is awesome. Walk to crowd of enemies, use taunt, become invulnerable.

I tried to do an all team of warriors but it didn't quite work out for me. Iron Bull (my only two handed warrior) dies too easily.

Did I stuff up his build or something?

They extended the flash sale on PSN to New Year's eve, which I'm happy, because I can get The Walking Dead S1 and S2 both for $12.50

Just starting Far Cry 4. Trying to get to where the co-op unlocks so u can play the rest of the game with my brother.

Im going through far cry 4 and sleeping dogs definitive edition. Sleeping dogs is incredible!! I do suck at foghting though, i need to get better at that if i want to do some of those gang missions.
Far cry 4 is far cry 3, and it really doesnt piss about with the fear like in the 3rd. Ajay can kick ass and not give a shit about killing straight away! Im impressed by randomness though. I was hunting a monkey, tagged him and was ready for the kill...then an eagle picks him up and drops him! Found it pretty funny!

1. I miss healing more than anything, after playing DA2 for like 200+ hrs I miss having a committed healer in my party, but with the amount of ways to get Guard and all the upgrades you can get to Barrier, it's not....too bad.

2. Yeah, fetch quests take up 90% of this game, but it also gives the player a chance to fully explore each section of the world. Surely EA/Bioware could've done this better, but I'm taking it in stride.

3. Yeah, fuck her.

I personally like the writing, some of the romance quests (Blackwall's in particular) are really well made and I've re-upped the game to run different timelines.

Also, just me, but I really can't stand any of the mages in the game. If it wasn't for mages having Barrier and Energizing things around the world, I probably would just...never use them.
