Hey, I just looked up Melty Blood on Wikipedia. Turns out, although Ciel does originate from a novel, White Len does not. Regular Len is, but not White Len.
White Len, being an alternate persona of Len, therefore should be legitimate.
If that still isn't enough, I'll go with:
Sion Eltnam Atlasia (Melty Blood)
Mech-Hisui (Melty Blood)
I checked, both were made up for Melty Blood.
If White Len does count, I'll go with her and Sion.

Ok guys, I am going to post a updated list in an hour or so. A couple of things.
KoalaRainbowPoop, I need you to pick 5 more fighters please. You need to replace Siegfried, Cyberwulf (I think you meant Sabrewulf, because I checked and Cyberwulf doesn't exist.) Scorpion and Heihachi, and you need to just pick one new one to make it a list of eight. If you don't do so until the registration is closed, I will pick four combatants for you.
As for the Master Hand/ Melty Blood guys, they are custom characters for their game, so technically they should be ok. I am going to relax the rules on that one this year, so they will be included.
I will close registration in another week, so next Friday. Keep on nominating guys.

After much thought, I've decided to scratch Astronots (Rakuga Kids) from my nomination.
