Now it's time for something really random, and when I say random I mean it! Welcome to WAKU WAKU 7!

This arcade gem is basically a parody game that features stereotypes of various Japanese and pop-culture archetypes, from the hot-headed hero to the furries to the generic swordsmen to a living punching bag. The game was, like Red Earth, never released in the United States, but has such a cult following among fighting circles it is considered a cult classic on both the Playstation 2, which has the closest arcade port around, and the Sega Saturn!

The game has 9 characters in it, but sadly only eight shall be awarded a spot in this showdown, so I am sadly leaving out the hilarious Bonus Character, Bonus-Kun, a literal punching bag that fights you back!

Yeah....hes pissed at me. Still, here are our fighters!
