Can someone tell me what the difference is here? Im guessing one is for drafts (who the hell writes a draft for a PM? I mean, cmon! It isnt like we are writing letters to the president here.), but I jsut want to make sure.

One is for messages waiting to be read, the other is where the messages go once they're read.

I believe sent is the transit stage, out is where it goes when the recipient reads it.

Messages waiting to be read...that is the inbox man.

Outbox is where the letters you have send are. I believe this box deletes itself at the end of a regular time period.

There should be an option that allows you to store all the sent letters...this is the sent box.

No... the inbox is messages being sent to you waiting for you to read. Outbox is letters you've sent but the other person hasn't read it yet. Once they've read it, it goes to the Sent Box.
