Even though I hate his character and how randoly just seems to decides to fall in love with Rinoa, he's a more developed and deeper character thaan Vincent. Plus, Lionheart is cooler than anything Vincent could ever do.

lets not forget Vivi was apart of a 4 PERSON PARTY!!!! and he still wasnt that great... him and lulu are on the same level in my opinion, and i give the edge to lulu because i can actually see her face.

[i did play FF9 - and i thought it was one of the worst FF's]
