If you ask me, Bond vs. Bourne sounds a lot like the more gamer-centric concept of Samus versus John-117 (the Master Chief).
Jason Bourne would be like the Master Chief. A badass, highly skilled in combat.
Bond would be like Samus. The one also a badass, combative expert, but also has an assload of deadly gadgetry
Where Bourne (Chief) would use a gun, and quite effectively, I don't see that he'd be able to stand up against Bond's (Samus's) technological advantage. Bourne wouldn't have much room for strategy, since he never knows what Bond may pull out next. Laser watch? exploding *insert common inoffensive object here*? Who knows?
Like how Samus' immense arsenal would overpower the Chief, Bond's gadgetry would be too unpredictable for Bourne to work against.
And yeah, Bond gets all the ladies. Ladies with sexual names. Pussy Galore, anyone?
