First you have to scan...
Then you upload it to a hosting site.

Make sure you sign up. It's free!
Upload the picture, and copy the URL of the picture.
Then you loook at the stuff near where you enter the subject. One of the buttons says "img" click it once and paste the url. Then click "img" again.

Also I in no way condone the posting of your "strategy guides." It's illegal to put copywrighted material like that on the web .

Go to the game page of the game you're going to submit an FAQ for (use the Search GR bar)

Click 'Submit an FAQ'
