This digression is stupid and the people who nominated those characters are stupid and everyone participating in the digression now is stupid. If only you had all read Used's comment, remarked on how right he was, and moved on, we'd be in a much happier place.

I think used was was maybe referencing characters that originated in comic strips versus those that began in comic books.

I see where he was coming from, but I didn't want this showdown clouded by too many strict rules.
