With only a couple weeks left of 2011 I figure why not do a top 10 of GR's favortie films of the year.

Just list your top five favortie movies you saw this year. And I'll tally them as follows..

    #1 (10 points)
    #2 (8 points)
    #3 (6 points)
    #4 (4 points)
    #5 (2 points)

Sometime around the end of the year (probably the 30th) I'll make up a top ten of the best movies this year.

    Here are my picks
    #1 50/50
    #2 X-Men: First Class
    #3 Thor
    #4 The Tree of Life
    #5 Super 8

    2.Moneyball
3.Rise of the Planet of the Apes
    4.Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
    5.Hanna

Didn't really get to see much this year. Then again, hasn't been a whole lot worth seeing I suppose.

I'm surprised none of you have moneyball up there. Then again, not the kind of movie I would expect many of you to go to.

I saw that, almost made my list but I had to put Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy on there, because I know no one else will.

Moneyball was great, so was Planet of the Apes. If i made a top ten they'd be in it for sure.

No one's repping Hanna? Go see it if you haven't, it's at the top of my list for a reason.
