TDM is fun in spurts in Battlefield when your just annoyed and want to shoot some people but Conquest/Conquest Assault are BF3... Shoot a jet down with a tank and tell me that isn't bad ass

But yeah, he's pretty good. I liked that far more than the Lost and the Damned.
 
I did shoot a jet down with a tank once. First time i got in a tank i shot at a jet, first shot, blew it up lol. It did feel good becauase it was just dumb luck but not as good as getting a ten kill streak in tdm.And i admit flying around in the jeeps is fun. I had a lot of fun, tbh, but the match took sooooo stupidly long i ended up leaving. It woulda been two hours.

And dont compare it to cod. Even tdm in bf3 is WAY better than cod tdm.
 
Beat Far Cry 2 today. That was wicked fast. Then again, I did absolutely zero side missions. Having to drive through re-populated checkpoints constantly was a huge deterrent.

On to the Witcher 2!
 
I probably used the AS50 sniper rifle and the Carl G Rocket Launcher the most. Nothing like launching a rocket from long range into a group of people and watching the bodies go flying.
 
Started on the Witcher 2. Medium graphical settings pushed my GPUs to the high 90C range. I guess I'll set everything to low? I guess it's time to get a desktop with new hardware.
 
I need to get back into Skyrim and finally complete it. I've been too busy making things to sit down for extended periods of time to play too much of anything really. I think today I will make some time.
 
No, you really don't. It's nothing that good.

As for me, I've been playing a strange amount of Star Wars: Empire at War. While it's fun as fuck, the AI is so. Fucking. Bad.

Basically, I've HEAVILY fortified one planet. What do the Rebels do? Invade. Constantly. The results of every invasion? ZERO casualties on my side, three heavy ships on their side. Yeah. It's ridiculous.
 
If that game mode where you conquer the solar system was multiplayer that would be the shit. I wish games such as Total War and SW. Empire at War were multiplayer and everyone would sit down at the same time each night and play for like 3 hours battling it out for how ever long.
 
Try Sins of a Solar Empire. It's honestly a lot like the Galactic Conquest mode in Empire at War, without any shitty land battles and it has multiplayer.
 
I put the graphics settings on low, and while it doesn't look nearly as pretty, temps don't really get above 90C. I think I need to clean my GPU fans out (probably clogged with dust), but getting to them in this laptop is such a bitch. I have to remove the keyboard and a bunch of other stuff. I'm always afraid i'm going to break the damn thing.
 
I had to restart my Skyrim character. We were having issues.

Also, Anthony got Journey today so I played that. It is one beautiful game. I really enjoyed it.
