OKAY! I knew i'd find a contradiction in this testimony eventually!

"This is crushing if you’re an hour or two into a courtroom battle and haven’t saved, because you have to start over, and the whole game is text-based dialog that cannot be skipped or accelerated."

You'll find this is erroneous! You can indeed accelerate text you've seen by holding down the stylus on the next button on the bottom screen! It morphs into a fast forward symbol, and the game does that!

SO, JOE? Where we're you really on the day of this review?!

You can accelerate text you've seen, but if you're forced to start over because of a game over, you cannot. That's what I was referring to.
