Medal reference guide?

Could we have a reference guide to the medals system? When I click on the medals in my profile, it takes me to an FAQ page on the medals, which is great but its lacking in a guide on all the medals. I ask because I have "Old Skool 5" as a medal, I'd like to know the varying Old Skool levels and would also like to know what other medals there are. Sort of like the achievements for XBox 360 games, there's a reference panel on the dashboard for each game's achievements list. Curious minds would like to know.

(I know some of the medals are listed, but not all. The ranks have started showing up as medals, but aren't mentioned in the FAQ.)

One would probably be produced when the medals are actually finalized... those are just temporary medals for now

For the temporary medals? Surely it would make more sense to wait until they are finalized?
