Mah new shoes!

Ha. That's actually pretty good.

Also, DC shoes, or any other "skate" shoe make my feet look HUGE since I wear 13s. Adidas all the way.

I wear 13s too. Big black Reeboks. Excellent comfort and protection. I can't stand skater shoes anymore. They should be used to, you know, skate.

A shoe is an item of footwear intended to protect and comfort the human foot while doing various activities. Shoes are also used as an item of decoration. The design of shoes has varied enormously through time and from culture to culture, with appearance originally being tied to function. Additionally fashion has often dictated many design elements, such as whether shoes have very high heels or flat ones. Contemporary footwear varies widely in style, complexity and cost. Basic sandals may consist of only a thin sole and simple strap. High fashion shoes may be made of very expensive materials in complex construction and sell for thousands of dollars a pair. Other shoes are for very specific purposes, such as boots specially designed for mountaineering or skiing.
Shoes have traditionally been made from leather, wood or canvas, but are increasingly made from rubber, plastics, and other petrochemical-derived materials.
Until recent years, shoes were not worn by most of the world's populationâ€â€

I'm size 13/14 too, and longest lasting shoes i had were Nikes.
They were very comfortable and lasted me just under 3 years, which is pretty awesome considering i hold nikes on the 'meh' tier.

I have another pair of black Nike that i rock as an all-round shoe now. They've replaced my steel cap boots as work shoes because seriously, fuck steel caps. Uncomfortable and not as grippy as these Nike.

I'm size 11 and have a pair of Nike hi-tops that I've had for almost 6 months now. All the sneaker heads at my school think I got a good find since apparently they were limited-release but I just wear them because they're so damn comfortable. I don't know how more people don't wear hi top shoes, it just gives a better feel for walking, running, kicking, anything. Plus it makes you look like a baller. 8)

The problem is, once you make it to college, everyone will just think you're a tool, especially if you don't play on the basketball team.
