How do they get the stats on who smokes weed? Who admits to surveys they do something illegal on a regular basis?

Actually, have you seen anyone that does weed that won't brag about it?

How do they get the stats on who smokes weed? Who admits to surveys they do something illegal on a regular basis?

Because, in Australia at least, smoking weed holds less consequences than doing 100kph in a 90kph zone. (6mph over the limit) And as such, not a single fuck is given when people report that they've smoked it.
