Do emulators count?
Yeah I would say emulators certainly do count.
Unless you're playing public domain ROM's like a faggot would!
Of course I get copyright material for free on the Internet. Anyone who voted and says no is a bald-faced liar. Look to the bottom of Game-Revolution's website. All content is copyright. Am I using their reviews and opinions as my own, which would infringe upon their copyright without consent? No, and neither would I use music, movies, games, etc. as my own. I have to download the text from this website in order to read reviews, just like someone may download a song in order to listen.
Now I must use this logic in court against the RIAA.
 but I love my precious emulators! It brings back so much fun memories     *kicks and screams* I don't WANNA give up my emulators! Never! I DONT WANNA!!!!!
