I have a question about pokemon diamond or pearl. If a DS can even have voices then why dose pokemon stick with the same classic gaming style of "not even 3D"?

Probably because past sales have proved that the Pokemon games sell very well when they stick to the same basic formula, and by changing that formula in any way, they risk a loss of sales. It's all about the $$$.

We are talking about 300-400+? Pokemons in NDS. I think that would take too much resources.

why can't we just have 150 pokemon again. back when i was a kid i had them all memorized, and there was really no need for 250 more of them

    Um....

why is the sky blue? Why does Zelda still use text boxes, or Dynasty Warriors use horrible english dubs?

It's just the way they do it, not much can be done to change that, in all honesty.
