Where do you stand in the format warz?

Where do you stand? Blu-ray or HD-DVD?

I support Blu-Ray because it supposidly holds more space than HD-DVD.. and it sounds cooler, imo. :3

HD-DVD because Sony is behind Blu-Ray. Lately, anything Sony makes, becomes a failure. But Blu-Ray has a cooler name.

Really, it doesn't matter to me. Whatever ends up winning in the end, I'll buy. I'm not ready to give up my collection of 7 regular dvds yet.

theres already units about to come out that are capable of playing both formats, so it matters not to me.

Aside fromyour annoying spelling of "warz" and your reason for chosing blu-ray, (it "sounds cool"? Give me a break.)

It seems as though blu-ray is selling better.

However, I think in a toe to toe competition, where one wasn't included standard with a video game system, we'd see a slim amount of both dvd players being sold. Also, if the HD-DVD drive was included with the 360, we'd see more HD dvd drives around naturally because of the number of sales MS has had with it's 360.

So really, for the blu-ray to be beating HD right now it's kind of a no-brainer since it's standard with the PS3.

As far as visual quality goes, show me a visible difference between HD and Blu-Ray and I'll pick the one that looks better.

As of right now? I really don't give a shit.
