Weird little error

It happened when I sent my reply to this topic, only happened the once, when I tried again it worked but figured I'd let you know in case it's something that's happening with other people too:

Ah, this just happeneded to me while replying to Sam in this topic. Guess I should have checked to see if the first post went through, but i just assumed it didn't. First time this has happened though.

This happened to me as well, i don't recall what topic it was though. I really wasn't paying attention and i assumed i clicked on something. Guess not.

I've had it happen twice. Yesterday and today...not sure what's the problem though.
