Submit a cheat? Help pls!

Hiho people!

I am new (registered) around here.

I wanted to submit a few hints and tricks for "Super Mario Strikers charged" (Wii) which isn't released yet in the US, but here in "the old world".

Anyway. I remember, a few years ago there was a button "Submit a cheat" in the Cheats section. Well, seems to be gone now. Or invisible for Newbies like me, whatever...

I browsed the Cheats-Section and the FAQs, i searched the Forum. I couldnt find help.
Hints or solutions, anyone?
