Scorpion is not a villian, hes neutral, and often considered an anti-hero.

As for number one.....its some combination of Mario, Cloud, Solid Snake and Link, with the villain probably Sephiroth, even though he was not that bad of a villain.

He was nominated as a villain. And considering his place on the list, by quite a few people. I'm not too familiar on the MK story since IMO it's a bit whacky to begin with, but I remember him being a villain in the movie which was successful for a VG movie. There are also no "neutral" spots on this list

Also, anyone can name characters that haven't been listed yet and say one of them will be #1. But can you actually guess which one it will be? I'd comment on if those are actually the top 4 but then I'd ruin the surprise.
