Frequent slowdowns in GR Pages

is it just me or is GR having some bandwidth problems(or some sort)?

I check the site daily for the daily manifestos, forums and the news. But since this morning, webpages from GR load SLOW. I have already tried 2 ISPs(actually, i subscribe on two seperate ISPs) but nothing happens.
