I definitely think guest votes should not count for TPS. It wont fix the problem which is hate and distrust of Microsoft in the community. Microsofts many slipups and bad PR produced up to launch mixed with one console having slightly weaker hardware than the other, it has made the perfect storm for shitty comments.

The front page comments are often so full of negativity. And the podcast is too, much of the time.
