If I have not received an affirmative response from you by April, 15th 2008 indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements, my employer shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.

Lastly, my clients with to have this issue solved in an expedient manner and do not wish to pursue this further.
