Can't activate avatar?

I was here back in the good 'ol days of 2000-2001, and I decided to now come back. I'm not really familar with the new bord, so I'm not sure how to activate an avatar. Any help would be great.

Go home, login there, and go to your profile. It might take awhile for your avatar to show up, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't appear right away.
