Go with this, if you've played one sandbox game you've played them all, eve if that one is set on Mars. Meanwhile Ghostbusters is a fairly well received iteration of a movie! I didn't know any developer had it in them!

However, one sandbox game = any other sandbox game. You might as well say that inFamous looks similar to Prototype. [/sarcasm]
